My medical and passport do not fit in it. its too tight. Its nicely made, but I need to return it.

Our passport holder is designed to fit a standard medical certificate measuring 8.5 cm × 13 cm. We’ve also allowed some extra room, up to approximately 9 cm × 13 cm, to accommodate the folded “Conditions of Issue.”
May I ask if your medical certificate has been laminated or is kept inside an additional protective sleeve or cover? Since the holder is designed for a close fit, any added thickness or slightly larger dimensions may make the medical certificate difficult to insert.
Also, since you mentioned that your passport is too tight as well, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know whether your passport has an additional cover or case on it. If not, your feedback would be very helpful to us as we review the fit and sizing of the holder.

I got this card holder at the 99’s Section Meeting and honestly didn’t think I needed one at first because I always just kept my pilot documents inside my wallet.
After using it, I can’t imagine going back. It’s so convenient to keep with my flight bag, and I love not having to worry about my paper medical certificate getting bent or worn out.
